WebSep 17, 2024 · Not sure what year your Ex is but that radiator is at least 8 years old (2005 with 6.0). I doubt that plastic is going to hold up to drilling and installing a barb. A new radiator is only about $330 and will give you a lot more piece of mind than a temp fix. You can get all aluminum ones online but haven't ever used one.
