It does not change game play at all. L`Hiver Edition and Atariar are also good mods that DO change game play. NOTE: L`Hiver Edition is in .vdf format. (goes in Data folder) Remove any .vdf mods from the Data folder before running any mods via GothicStarter.exe. It will cause problems.
