Everything else turns off except the headlights. Swapped the auto headlight relay and no change. Only way to get them to turn off is to pull the 30amp fuse under the hood in the pdc. Try pulling back on the stalk, then pushing inward on it, then release it while holding it in. My Brother in laws '04 was doing this, and this got it to turn off.
