WebMay 28, 2024 · You should get about 3 to 5 turns from a hand spin on the front tire when reinstalled. What I do is hand tighten the axle bolt. Leave pinch bolts loose. Install and tighten calipers to spec, and pump the brakes. Bounce the front end, torque the pinch bolts to spec. Then torque the axle bolt to spec. You should be good to go.
